Jumping Into Autumn

Lets talk about the Jumpsuit!
Autumn here in Zimbabwe, is a beautiful mix of warm sunny days and nippy mornings and evenings where there is a definite chill in the air.
So, the Jumpsuit is a perfect Autumn outfit option, as you don’t need to add much to it to keep warm.

The Jumpsuit typically has long pants, but no sleeves, so to keep the chill off you, just throw on a jacket just like I have. Leather jackets are always a winner as they go with so much, but if you wanted a smarter look you could always swap the leather jacket for a blazer.

Like most things, finding the right Jumpsuit is largely dependent on the fit. If you are like me and have a curvy shape, high-waisted clothes, like this Jumpsuit, are very flattering, and are great for accentuating a smaller waist and curvier hips.

I also prefer a ‘less is more’, minimalistic look, so naturally, I opted for this gorgeous, classic black Jumpsuit. And, if you have read my ‘Black on Black‘ post, you will know how I love to layer different black textures just as I have done with this outfit. The Jumpsuit, leather jacket and patent leather heels, all have a different texture and catch the light in a different way, giving the outfit different dimensions. Remember, black doesn’t have to be boring, instead, it can be chic and edgy.

The Jumpsuit is also an all-season piece and can be dressed up or down, so go treat yourself and find your perfect fitting Jumpsuit to add to your wardrobe essentials. You won’t regret it.
